SHIPPING

• For any incorrectly provided addresses at checkout we charge a reshipment fee of $10.
• We offer standard shipping (7-10 business days). We cannot guarantee delivery timelines as mail carriers across the US are continuing to experience delays. Please know as a small business we are doing our best to ensure you have a successful and quick delivery.
• If waiting for an order please check your order confirmation email for the latest tracking details and follow up with the carrier. 

REFUND

• Let’s cut straight to it. We are a small business! We hope that your experience making and tasting our recipe went above your expectations. However, life happens and nobody is perfect eh? If you are not 100% satisfied please reach out to us and we will do what we can to reach a happy resolution. Email: support@lotusanddilli.com
• Any products issued a return label must show that the item was received by the mailing service within 10 days of the return label being issued. All items being returned must be sealed and and in good condition. Seller to verify.
• No refunds accepted after 60 days of purchasing any product.
